Abstract

Migration of CXCR6+ activated/memory T-cells in the tumor microenvironment. CXCR6+ activated/memory T-cells (green) migrate in proximity to blood vessels (red) in a live MMTV-PyMT;ACTB-ECFP;CXCR6EGFP mouse injected intravenously with rhodamine-conjugated dextran (red) to mark first blood vessels and then M2 macrophages. Cancer cells are labeled blue. From Egeblad et al. (2010) Dev. Cell, 18 884-901.
