Abstract

Three independently-derived, antifolate-resistant Chinese hamster lung cell lines that exhibit low level increases in dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) activity, i.e., 3-5 fold vs. controls, were compared with drug-sensitive cells to determine relative DHFR gene content.
