Abstract

The [cat] medullary dorsal horn (MDH), the most caudal subdivision of the spinal trigeminal nucleus, receives input from neurons located in the trigeminal main sensory nucleus, the more rostral subdivisions of the spinal trigeminal nucleus and the contralateral MDH.
