Abstract

RNA isolated from the cytoplasm of human [oral carcinoma kB] cells at late times after infection by adenovirus type 2 (Ad2) was fractionated by hybridization to fragments of Ad2 DNA which were produced by digestion with the restriction endonucleases Hpa I, Eco RI, Bam HI and Hind III.
