Abstract

Immunotherapy of cancer depends on cellular events in the tumors that can be visualized by live microscopy strategies. Taking advantage of advanced confocal microscopy, Lehmann and colleagues explore in this issue of CCR the mechanism of action of a novel bispecific monoclonal antibody (TCB-CEA) that targets membrane-bound CEA and CD3epsilon.
